The Craven Arms Supermarket was the 3rd Supermaarket opened by Harry Tuffins in 1985. The site was on former farm land and is located just off the A49 in the centre of Craven Arms. Delves & Co Ltd purchased the store in 2013 from the Midcounties Co-Operative and the store is proud to be an independant supermarket.
The store is 28,000 sqft and is a major employer in the area. 2015 has been an exciting year for the store as it has undergone an extensive refit and rebrand. The store has grown to include a garden centre, a new beers,wines and spirits section and also a Cook franchise.
The Supermarket is situated within the Craven Centre Complex which also includes a Beauty Salon, a Cafe and a Launderette. Delves & Co also operate a petrol station which has a convenient range of groceries if you are in a hurry. Finally, in 2015 a Subway sandwich franchise was added to the Craven Centre which is also run by the Delves family.
Tuffins Supermarket at Craven Arms is proud to be an independant supermarket in Shropshire. As we are situated on the A49 we are easily reached from other major towns such as Church Stretton, Ludlow and Shrewsbury.

I have been using Bennett & Dunn for a few years now after Tracey came to see me with a sample to try, i was bowled over with the flavour and versatility of the oil aswell as the health benefits.

The nuttiness and slight sweetness of the oil translates into so many of my dishes, I use the oil in all applications from sweet to savoury, i use it as a finishing oil & replace the heavier fats such as butter with the oil, as I don’t use imported ingredients on my menu’s, the rapeseed oil is my olive oil replacement, & is vital to my ingredient repotoire’
